MANILA, Philippines— Iloilo Representative Niel Tupas Jr., speaking with John Susi of Radyo Inquirer on Tuesday, explained the disbarment case on Justice Secretary Leila de Lima should be dismissed before July 30 otherwise she’ll be disqualified for the post of Chief Justice.
