MMDA to close Bonifacio Monument Circle on June 12

The Office of the Executive Secretary (OES) advised on Wednesday that there will be no holiday adjustment for November 30, Bonifacio Day, even though it falls on a Saturday.

The Bonifacio Monument Circle in Caloocan will be closed to traffic on June 12 during the celebration of the country’s 120th Independence Day.

In an advisory, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said the closure will be from 12 midnight.

It then advised motorists to expect heavy traffic around the area and to find alternate routes. /ee
