Prosecutors label Belgium killings as ‘terrorist murder’

An attack that killed two policewomen and a male bystander in the eastern Belgian city of Liege on Tuesday amount to “terrorist murder,” prosecutors spokesman Eric Van Der Sypt said.

“Facts are qualified as terrorist murder and attempted terrorist murder,” Van Der Sypt told a press conference, referring also to the shootings that wounded several other police officers.
