LUCENA CITY – A drunk jeepney driver was found dead from multiple stab wounds inside his vehicle in San Antonio town in Quezon province early Saturday.
A police report said Eldifonso Talon, after a drinking spree at 2:45 a.m., went to his jeepney in Barangay (village) Briones to sleep but was found by his companions dead at 6:35 a.m.
Investigators said the victim bore several stab wounds in different parts of his body.
Police were conducting an investigation to identify and arrest the suspect. DELFIN T. MALLARI JR.
