BACOLOD CITY — President Rodrigo Duterte would meet all governors and mayors in Visayas and Mindanao in Cebu City on Feb. 12, but the Department of the Interior and Local Government in Western Visayas (DILG) could not yet say why.
Anthony Nuyda, DILG Western Visayas director, said his office had been tasked with ensuring the attendance of all local officials but was unaware of the agenda.
