A judge supposedly on President Rodrigo Duterte’s “narcolist” was dismissed from service but not for involvement in drugs.

Instead, the Supreme Court ordered Judge Exequil Dagala dismissed from the judiciary for immorality and gross misconduct.

His offense? Siring three children outside marriage and brandishing a rifle over a property dispute with a neighbor.
