Motorists should prepare for heavier traffic in Metro Manila this weekend as the Department of Public Works and Highway (DPWH) will conduct road repairs in different parts of the metro, the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced on Friday.

The DPWH will undertake road reblocking and repairs starting 11 p.m. on Friday to 5 a.m. on Monday, MMDA said in a traffic advisory.

The following areas will be affected:

Southbound

Northbound

The MMDA advised motorists to avoid the said areas and use alternate routes instead. IDL
