Philippine Airlines (PAL) Express flights from Manila to Basco, Batanes and back on Friday were cancelled due to bad weather brought by the southwest monsoon and enhanced by severe Tropical Storm “Gorio” (international name: Nesat).
The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) announced on Thursday the cancellation of flight 2P 084/085 Mnl-BSO-Mnl.
