Suspected drug lord Kerwin Espinosa repeatedly denied owning a blue book, supposedly containing the names of people allegedly involved in illegal drugs.

“Sa sarili ko, ako talaga ang makapagsalita nito. Wala kong blue book. Wala akong blue book. Inuulit ko, wala akong blue book,” Espinosa said when he testified on Wednesday before the Senate committee on public order and dangerous drugs on the killing of his father, Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr.

Asked why he did not have a blue book, Kerwin said, “Kasi iilan lang doon sa Region 8 ang protector ng droga. Ilan lamang ang pangalan na paikot-ikot…”

He said he gave an “SOP” to a certain General Dolina, who he said was director of Region 8.

“Early 2015 ako, nakapagbigay sa kanya,” Kerwin said. CDG
