LAOAG CITY—A village chief in Badoc town was shot dead by motorcycle-riding gunmen at 7 a.m. on Monday.
Ambrocio Fagaran, village chief of Madupayas, was rushed to the hospital but did not survive.
Fagaran was shot multiple times. Details of the investigation have not been made public at press time. RAM/rga
