CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan—A 14-year-old boy was beheaded allegedly by his uncle on Monday night in the City of San Jose del Monte.

The boy’s body bore multiple stab wounds when it was discovered by his family members in a dump site in Barangay (village) Minuyan Proper at 10 p.m., hours after witnesses saw him fleeing from Rubilito Arroyo who was wielding a knife, said Supt. Wilson Magpali, San Jose del Monte chief of police.

The police on Tuesday arrested Arroyo, who led the police near a river where he buried the boy’s head.CDG/RAM/rga
