Road rage killer arrives in Manila

The man seen shooting to death a biker in Manila on Monday night has arrived at the Manila Police headquarters on Saturday morning.
Vhon Tanto arrived a few minutes before 7 a.m.

Supt. Marissa Bruno, MPD spokesperson, said Tanto would undergo booking procedures.
