The Commission on Audit (COA) has recommended the filing of charges against Vice President Jejomar Binay for his involvement in the alleged overpriced construction of the P2.8-billion Makati City Hall Building II.

The 12-member COA team that investigated the issue said Binay was administratively liable for grave misconduct, dishonesty and gross inexcusable negligence, graft and corrupt practices.
