THE CATHOLIC Church-based Kapatiran Party on Sunday disowned Rizalito David and his running mate, Alberto Alba, who had filed their certificates of candidacy for President and Vice President, respectively, using the party’s name.
In a statement, Kapatiran chair Edilberto Cuenca said that David and Alba were not authorized candidates of the party, which has decided to campaign for a boycott of the 2016 elections. Jerome Aning
