Several local government units have announced the suspension of classes in their areas affected by typhoon “Lando” (international name: Koppu) on October 20, 2015, Tuesday.

- Dagupan City – all levels
- San Carlos City – all levels
Nueva Ecija
- Province of Nueva Ecija – all levels
Ilocos Sur
- Province of Ilocos Sur – preschool to high school levels
Bulacan
- Malolos City – pre-school to high school levels
Cavite
- Province of Cavite – all levels
La Union
- San Fernando – pre-school to high school levels
Baguio City – pre-school to high school
