A fire hit the University of the Philippines Alumni Center in Diliman, Quezon City, on Tuesday night, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said in a tweet.
The MMDA said the fire had reached second alarm at 11:37 p.m.

UP student Chad Errol Booc posted a photo of the fire, which he said started around 11:20 p.m.
