Dead man found along Macapagal Blvd, Pasay
MANILA, Philippines — The lifeless body of a still unidentified man was found sprawled by the roadside of Macapagal Boulevard in Pasay City Thursday morning.
Pasay City police investigation division said the man clad in a dark-colored shirt was discovered at 6:12 a.m. in a grassy area near a seafood restaurant.
Police has cordoned off the area as they investigated the scene.
