Fire Inspector Eli Pimwat, San Juan Fire Department arson investigator, said the fire quickly spread as materials inside the SFT Furnishing Corporation in Barangay (village) Batis were mainly foams and wood.
The fire started at 1 a.m. It was put out around 5 a.m.
Though the fire reached third alarm, it spared establishments near furniture warehouse because of its high firewall.
No one was hurt in the incident.
The cause of fire is still being determined by the investigators.
