MANILA, Philippines—The country is expected to enjoy a respite from the rain on Tuesday with no low pressure spotted by the weather bureau.
In its weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said that only a weak southwest monsoon was affecting extreme northern Luzon.
It added that the whole country would be partly cloudy to cloudy, with just isolated rains likely to fall.
