MANILA, Philippines—Residents in Metro Manila trapped inside their houses as floodwaters rose due to the heavy rains spawned by Tropical Storm “Mario” Friday are asking to be rescued.
Below is an initial list of these residential areas:
Barangay Sto. Domingo,Cainta Vista Verde, Executive Village, Cainta Village East, Cainta Olympia Townhomes, Cainta Marikina East Subdivision, San Roque, Marikina Fairlane, Marikina Barangay Dona Imelda, Quezon City
