Heavy rains, C5 accident cause heavy traffic
MANILA, Philippines–Heavy rains and an eight-vehicle pileup on C5-Kalayaan in Makati City snarled traffic in most parts of Metro Manila, forcing most motorists and commuters to come in late for either work or school on a Monday morning.
Commuters caught in traffic jam expressed ire in social media as vehicles pile in some major roads in Quezon City, Pasig City, Makati City and Taguig City.
