MANILA, Philippines–The Sandiganbayan First Division already submitted for resolution the request of former President, now Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to attend the 50th wedding anniversary of Bro. Mike Velarde.
Arroyo is one of the sponsors in the anniversary hearing which will be on July 28.
