Cloudy weather on Labor Day

MANILA, Philippines–Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms are expected mostly in the afternoon to evening on Thursday, Labor Day.

The ridge of a high pressure area is affecting Northern Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Service Administration said.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail over Northern Luzon and coming from the east over the rest of the country.
