MANILA, Philippines — Passengers were asked to step out from a bus when a bag was thrown at the vehicle’s roof, police said Wednesday.

Pasay City Police’s District Tactical Operations Center said the incident was along EDSA-Harrison.

Police said bomb experts have responded to check whether the bag contained explosives.
