MANILA, Philippines—Janet Lim-Napoles will spend the night at Camp Crame, Interior Secretary Mar Roxas II told reporters past Thursday midnight.
Roxas said he didn’t see her in handcuffs.
Asked by reporters if Napoles will be presented to the Senate the next day, Roxas said no.
Roxas said Napoles is undergoing all the necessary legal procedures.
