2 nabbed in Pasay for selling illegal drugs
MANILA, Philippines — Two suspected illegal drug peddlers were arrested in Pasay Wednesday night, a police spokesman said Thursday.
George Manlangit and Gharie Durano were cuaght in a buybust operation at 285 Zone 12 Alfonso Isidro St., Tolentino at around 11:40 p.m. Wednesday, said Chief Superintendent Agrimero Cruz Jr.
Cruz said the suspects were selling P220,000 worth of methamphetamine hydrochloride or “shabu” placed in nine sachets.
The suspects are facing charges for violation of Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
