Demolition first

The Cebu City’s demolition team is not making the removal of unauthorized campaign materials a priority. Raquel Arce, market administrator and demolition team head, said their priority would be the clearing operations in some lots in the city which would include the clearing of a government-donated lot in barangay Pulang Bato, which would be used for the construction of a barangay health center.
