MANILA, Philippines–Twelve people sustained minor injuries when a passenger bus rammed another bus along the southbound lane of EDSA in Makati City Wednesday morning, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said.
The driver of a Ralph Benz bus lost control of his vehicle allegedly due to brake failure, causing it to ram into the rear of a Precious Grace bus around 7:20 a.m., Emma Loristo of MMDA ‘s Metrobase said.
The victims were rushed to a hospital in Makati, Loristo said, adding that the buses were cleared at 8:09 a.m.
