We regret to announce that Mr. Rigoberto Tiglao —former ambassador to Greece, former editor in chief of INQUIRER.net and a Philippine Daily Inquirer columnist in 2000-2001 and from 2010 until this month—has decided to write full-time for The Manila Times, effective this week.
