MANILA, Philippines — Lawmakers have finally started Monday night considering individual amendments to the Reproductive Health Bill.

Considerations to proposed changes to the substitute version of House Bill 4244 were done page by page led by its main proponent, Albay Representative Edcel Lagman.

Cebu Representative Pablo Garcia and Cagayan de Oro Representative Rufus Rodriguez suggested amendments line by line on initial sections of the proposed measure.

Rodriguez had earlier vowed to insert “killer amendments” in the RH Bill which Lagman said he would reject.
