Vice President Sara Duterte said on Tuesday night that the Office of the Prosecutor has summoned her in connection with an investigation into a case filed against her by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

Duterte made the pronouncement after she stated that she was not surprised that a non-bailable trafficking charge has been formally filed against former presidential spokesperson and known Duterte ally Harry Roque over his alleged involvement in the illegal activities of the scam hub Lucky South 99 Corp. in Porac, Pampanga.
