The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (Caap) has lauded one of its security personnel, Christian James Andres, and a passenger, Kevin Velasco, after they found a wallet containing P10,000 in cash at the Puerto Princesa International Airport (PPIA) and turned it over to authorities.

The wallet had been left behind by a Manila-bound Japanese student who sent a representative to retrieve it on Wednesday.
