MANILA, Philippines—Former Isabela Governor Grace Padaca, in an exclusive interview on Thursday morning with co-anchors Susan K, Den Macaranas and Dylan Halili on Radyo Inquirer, said politics was behind the arrest warrant against her.
Sandiganbayan signed the warrant on Monday but Padaca said she has yet to receive a copy.
