MANILA, Philippines — Several flights have been canceled on Tuesday, September 3 at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport “due to unfavorable weather condition,” according to Manila International Airport Authority.

Here is the list of canceled flights as of 1:45 a.m., Sept. 3:

As of Monday, 11 p.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration said that the Tropical Storm Enteng was located at Rizal, Kalinga with a speed of 15 kilometers per hour (km/h) moving north northwestward. It was carrying maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h and gustiness of up to 140 km/h.

In its Monday 11 p.m. rainfall advisory, orange rainfall warning was raised over Zambales while yellow rainfall warning was up in Bataan, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Nueva Ecija.

According to the state weather bureau, light to moderate with occasional heavy rains will affect Bulacan, Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Quezon, and Rizal and may persist within three hours.
