The Year of the Dragon has the potential of “endless possibilities and infinite opportunities” for Filipinos, but one should have the commitment and resolve to achieve goals and make it a reality, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said on Saturday as the Filipino-Chinese community and the rest of the country celebrated the Lunar New Year.

In his message released by Malacañang, the President said that “while it is true that good fortune and prosperity await us, let us take to heart that it is only through our firm commitment and resolve that we can transform our dreams into reality.”
