MANILA, Philippines — The supposed declaration of December 22 being a special half-working day is fake, said the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) on Thursday.
“It’s fake,” PCO Sec. Cheloy Garafil told reporters through Viber.
Garafil was referring to a circulating Proclamation No. 427 where December 22 was declared a special half-working day.
However, the real Proclamation No. 427 based on the Official Gazette involves the declaration of nine individuals as “manlilikha ng bayan.”
