MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways is set to conduct road reblocking and repairs on various roads in Metro Manila from June 9 to June 13.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) in an advisory said that the repairs will begin at 11 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. on Tuesday, June 13.
Due to this, the MMDA told motorists to take alternate routes to avoid traffic and inconvenience.
The said roads set to undergo repairs are the following:
- C-5 Road (NB), J. Vargas St., to C5-Ortigas Flyover Approach (3rd lane), Pasig City
- C-5 Road (SB), before Kalayaan, below Elev. U-Turn Slot (Truck Lane), Makati City
- EDSA (NB), after Kalayaan Flyover (3rd lane from bike lane), Makati City
- C-5 Road (SB), infront of Petron, Makati City
- Mindanao Ave. (NB) underpass (Outer Lane), Quezon City
- A. Bonifacio Ave. (NB), corner Sgt. Rivera St., (3rd lane from sidewalk), Quezon City
- A. Bonifacio Ave. (SB), Cloverleaf to 11th Ave. (1st lane from sidewalk), Quezon City
- G. Araneta Ave., Sto. Domingo Ave. to Mauban St., (2nd lane from sidewalk), Quezon City
- Commonwealth Ave. (NB), Ilang-Ilang St., to Sandiganbayan, (1st lane sidewalk) and Sandiganbayan to Kristong Hari, (2nd lane from sidewalk), Quezon City
- Commonwealth Ave. (NB), Diliman Doctors Hospital to Zuzuaregui Street, (3rd lane & 4th lane from center), Quezon City
- Aurora Blvd. Eastbound, before Gilmore Avenue (1st lane from sidewalk), Quezon City
- C-5 Road (SB), after Magsaysay Ave., near U-Turn Slot, Quezon City
- C-5 Road (SB), after C-5 and Ayala Heights Intersection
