The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported on Tuesday that a low-pressure area is expected to bring rain and cloudy skies to Mindanao, which could result in flooding and landslides.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience the effects of the northeast monsoon without significant impact.
