Ormoc City Mayor Lucy Torres-Gomez joins Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary

MANILA, Philippines – Ormoc City Mayor Lucy Torres-Gomez has been sworn into the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary (PCGA) Executive Squadron.
ThePCGA is a uniformed civilian volunteer organization that is attached to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), and provides support in peace promotion.

According to the PCG’s Facebook post, Torres-Gomez was sworn in by Coast Guard Admiral Artemio M. Abu on Friday, in Leyte.
