Aurora province logs 3 COVID-19 cases

MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga—After many weeks of having no COVID-19 cases, Aurora province now has three patients.

On Tuesday, July 12, the provincial government registered a new case in Dingalan town, the third case in the province within a week.

On July 5, it registered a case in Dilasag town and another on July 8 in Dipaculao town.

For several months, Aurora was the only province in Central Luzon without any COVID-19 cases.

The province had registered 4,219 cases since the pandemic began in 2020. Of these, 3,969 had recovered, while 247 had died.

Aurora and other parts of Central Luzon are under Alert Level 1 until July 15. INQ
