MANILA, Philippines — Manila City Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso on Monday proposed the use of expressway toll booths as drive-thru booster shot facilities.

Domagoso said he thought of the idea after seeing thousands of people from various provinces in Luzon lining up for booster shots at Luneta drive-thru facility.

Domagoso proposed that the Toll Regulatory Board coordinate with businessmen Manny Pangilinan and Ramon Ang to designate toll booths at NLEx, SLEx, CAVITEx, SCTEx and TPLEx where motorists can get booster shots.
