State auditors told to submit findings on Red Cross

MANILA, Philippines — Commission on Audit chair Michael Aguinaldo has issued a memorandum to all sector heads of the government auditing agency to submit a compilation of all audit findings on subsidies and funds received by the Philippine Red Cross from the government.
