Suspected drug pusher fall in Oriental Mindoro buy-bust

A Korean national wanted for various crimes was captured by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Taguig City last week, the bureau said on Friday.

CITY OF CALAPAN –– A suspected drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust Wednesday in Victoria town in Oriental Mindoro province.

Julius Magtibay, 25, was caught selling a sachet containing suspected crystal meth to a poseur buyer in exchange for P500 in Barangay Poblacion 1 at 1:45 a.m.

The suspect also yielded three heat sachets containing more suspected shabu weighing about 0.0250 gram and worth around P2,000.

Magtibay was arrested and placed under police custody while a charge for violating the dangerous drugs act of 2002 was being readied against him.
