COVID-19 rampage: 2 more dead in Bohol

TAGBILARAN  CITY—Two more patients died of COVID-19 in Bohol, bringing the province’s death toll to 25.

The first fatality was a 41-year-old male who was a member of the Badjao community in Dauis town.

He had kidney problems and hypertension before he tested positive for SARS Cov2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. He died while being transferred to the Governor Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital.

The second fatality was a 40-year-old man from Ubay town. He died while being admitted in the Don Emilio del Valle Hospital.

As of Tuesday (March 23) Bohol has 214 active COVID-19 cases.
