Wearing face shields will not be required during the March 13 Palawan plebiscite, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) said.

Juan Gonzales, election officer of Kalayaan town, said the Comelec dropped the requirement for the March 13 plebiscite on the creation of the provinces of Palawan del Norte, Palawan Oriental, and Palawan del Sur. —DONA Z. PAZZIBUGAN
