MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday submitted to Congress his eighth report on his use of additional powers in dealing with the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

Under the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act, the President should submit a weekly report to Congress of all acts performed in relation to the government’s efforts against COVID-19.
