According to the latest road crash statistics report of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, there were 2,674 motorcycle-related accidents in the City of Manila in 2019, the second highest in the National Capital Region.
The figure was higher than the 2,137 crashes in 2018 and the 1,778 crashes in 2017 recorded in the city. —Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
