MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday submitted to Congress his sixth weekly report on his use of additional powers in dealing with the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) health crisis.
Under the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act, the President should submit a weekly report to Congress of all acts performed in relation to government measures against COVID-19.
