Benguet town becomes dumping ground of corpses

Avoid urban decay, Baguio neighbors told

BAGUIO CITY—Authorities on Thursday (Feb. 27) retrieved two bodies that were reportedly dumped in separate locations in La Trinidad town, Benguet province.

One of the corpses was identified as taht of taxi driver Johnny Rabang, 55, police said.

A villager discovered Rabang’s body around 6 a.m. and reported it to authorities.

The other body, which has yet to be identified, was found along the Lanut junction at the village of Beckel by village watchmen.
