Drug pusher nabbed while repacking ‘shabu’ in Camarines Sur

Seven suspected drug peddlers were arrested while more than P15.8 million worth of "shabu" and smuggled cigarettes were seized in three separate anti-crime operations in Cebu City and Zamboanga City.

LEGAZPI CITY –– Police anti-narcotic operatives arrested on Sunday night an alleged notorious drug pusher in Bato town in Camarines Sur province, a police report said Monday.

Suspect Chris Cañeso, 31, a resident of Barangay Mabalodlod in Tigaon town also in Camarines Sur, was caught while repacking suspected shabu (crystal meth) in his safe house in Barangay San Vicente at 9:10 p.m., Police Maj. Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Bicol police spokesperson, said.

The police seized a medium-sized sachet and three small sachets all containing shabu.
